Lovable apps that have custom domains registered are experiencing connectivity issues for users based in Egypt. We are working to identify a potential block by a governing body or ISP and we will update when we have more information.

Our metrics are showing that traffic originating from Egypt has returned back to normal levels and we are continuing to engage with any customers who are still reporting that their lovable hosted websites are blocked in the region. We are currently investigating reports of connection timeouts affecting users in Egypt and nearby regions attempting to access Lovable-hosted previews and custom domains. Users in these areas may experience ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT or ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED errors when trying to reach their sites.

We have confirmed that access works normally via VPN, and we are actively working to determine the root cause. We will provide updates as soon as we have more information. We have found out the root of the incident, because users used APK apps for FrankieAI, lovable's network thought that is was from another app, so they blocked it from verify, users are remined to NOT use google verification for APK apps for FrankieAI.

As we have received messages that Google's Verification (via Lovable's network), some users received Error Code: invalid_request with FrankieAI's APK Models, our staff will investigate this error as soon as possible, affected users should use Apple ID (via Lovable network) or Email, we are sorry for this incident cause.
